Privacy Policy

We collect what we need to run the platform, nothing more. Specifically:

• Your identity: Email addresses, names, and job titles. Enough to know who's using the platform and route your account correctly.
• Your deal data: Client names, transcripts, action plans, and deal board content. This is the sensitive stuff. We store it encrypted and treat it like our own.
• Usage data: How you interact with the app, page views, feature usage, session metadata. Used to improve the product, not to sell to anyone.

Your data runs the platform and helps us make it better. Specifically:

• To power the AI pipeline, health scores, and engagement analytics.
• To send you product updates and account notifications (no marketing spam without your opt-in).
• To identify platform issues before they affect your active deals.

We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. Small files, stored locally. You can disable them in your browser, but some parts of the platform may stop working correctly if you do.

Data is stored in Supabase with standard encryption in transit and at rest. We follow industry-standard API hardening practices. No system is unhackable, but we've built a serious moat, and we're transparent about what we do and don't do.
