By using Dealwize, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform, we'd rather you be sure than sign up and be surprised.

We grant you a licence to use Dealwize to manage your deals within the scope of your plan. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform;
• Use it for anything unlawful or to harm third parties;
• Misrepresent the platform as something you or your company built;
• Remove or obscure any Dealwize branding without written permission.

We provide Dealwize 'as is.' The AI is powerful, but it's not a guarantee of outcome. If a deal goes sideways because you didn't follow up on the plan, that's outside our control. We make no promise that using Dealwize will close every deal, only that it gives you a better shot.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Curious Angle Limited is the legal entity behind Dealwize. If there's ever a dispute, let's try to resolve it like reasonable people before involving courts.
